Thank you for agreeing to take on the unsolved case of Georgia King. She was well-loved in her community, and we are certain that you will be able to help us find justice, and convict the real murderer.
We thought this was an open and shut case: ‘lover kills girlfriend in a crime of passion at golf club’. However, Suzy Diamond has just been released from prison following new phone telematic evidence coming to light, which corroborates the story that she gave at the time.
I’ve looked at these case files and it seems like the evidence is quite sparse, but once the case was ‘solved’ the detective who was working on it simply closed proceedings, and moved on to other matters. I’ve enclosed all the evidence we have on the case.
Any help you can give me in solving this case would be greatly appreciated. Let’s not make more mistakes and put other innocents behind bars!
