BBB on Tour MNE
The MNE Magazine
Front Page
Clue 1
This magazine looks familiar... Some sort of music magazine I think?
Looks like they are featuring my favourite band 'British Badger Brigade' in this month's issue. Nice. Can't wait to find my free sticker.
Strange looking pot of gold on the right there. Wonder if that leads to a rainbow? Might want to keep note of any other pots of gold you might see...

Danny - In My Own Words
Clue 1
Sounds like our man Danny doesn't care too much for these puzles - he's more interested in dancing! Wasn't there a dancing reference somewhere else...?
And what's this about easter eggs in songs? I don't think eggs can play music...
Clue 2
Danny is referring to dancing in this article - there are two other dancing related clues that you'll need to find in order to link this to some other answers.
The easter eggs that Danny refers too are 'secrets' hidden within recorded material. Perhaps the BBB have a song that you'll need to check out... Maybe the sticker is onto something.
Clue 3
The dancing references in this clue match up with the BBB song that you can find on all streaming services - including Spotify (as the sticker suggests). The song is called 'Dance for the Answer.' The easter egg that he refers too is a secret track found at the end of the song.
Danny has also hand written a poem that refers to dancing in its content, which is another link here.

Tour Dates
Clue 1
Gotta love live music. If only they had just told us the dates and locations in plain Enlgish... this game would be a lot easier!
So looks like we need:
4 gig locations 4 dates (DDMM) 4 random items to bring
And they have to link together somehow (if it looks like a link, then it is one!)
Clue 2
Good luck!

Music Article
Clue 1
Nice of superstar Danny C to include a transcription of a guitar improvisation for us to try out. If only I played guitar I would give this a go.
Could there be something in the harmony that helps?
Clue 2
Look closely at the chords to this tune (in boxes above each bar). Anything stand out as different?
Danny says: "try adding some words to it"
Perhaps give that a go?
Clue 3
Ok this is tricky... Hopefully by now you've spotted that in the fourth line of music there are three chords that are written as Roman numerals? (side note - haven't we spotted Roman numerals elsewhere? That must be a link).
These chords make the numbers 6, 2, and 4. Not sure that makes any words. What else could be turned into words in this section of music?
Clue 4
Let's look at the notes in this three bar phrase. What letters are they? What does it spell out?
Clue 5
The notes that make up the 3 bar phrase under these Roman Numeral chords are:
C A B B A G E
Cabbage. That's your item! Now let's find some more clues with Roman numerals in to link them up.

Time is Money in the Music Biz
Clue 1
Interesting article...
Seems to go into lots of detail about the lengths of songs. Maybe that's the clue?
Clue 2
Where have you found a song to listen to?
Maybe it's worth taking note of how long the song is. Could be an answer... especially if that number is a four-digit number that could be read as a date (DDMM)

Baking with British Badger Brigade
Clue 1
Man I love flapjacks (did I notice flapjacks somewhere else?).
This is a great recipe, you should try it out. First though, let's solve this clue.
Nothing immediate jumps out, but there's a lot of text. Perhaps there's a way of narrowing that down?
Clue 2
We need some specific words from this text. Find a way to block out some of the words and reveal a phrase.
Clue 3
Lay the acetate sheet over this page.
What does it say?
Clue 4
If you lay the acetate sheet over this page in a certain orientation then it will reveal the phrase:
"eleven eggs took a direct line and four jars of honey to see"
That seems pretty cryptic! Where else have you seen honey and eggs? This must be a link to that.
Clue 5
This clue links to the card with the ingredients on, and various numbers. It also links to the picture of the flapjack with Roman Numerls and arrows on.
The riddle here tells you exactly which card to place onto which position of the grid...
Clue 6
"eleven eggs took a direct line and four jars of honey to see"
11 -> EGGS -> B (as in a BEE LINE!) 4 -> HONEY -> C (as in 'SEE')
Take the card with number 11 on it (XI) and lay it in line with the eggs and the letter 'B'.
Take the card with the number 4 on it (IV) and lay it in line with the honey and the letter 'C'.
This should point out a diagonal line of 4 numbers
Clue 7
The numbers it points to are - 1509
This links to the other Roman Numeral answers that you'll see around.
That's your answer, now go forth and get those other pesky answers!
I believe in you!

B’s Big Crossword
Clue 1
What can I say - this is a crossword. Nothing unusual here. Straight answers and cryptic ones.
I'm a cryptic man myself, but sometimes I have a cheeky look at the straights too!
Definitely worth noting the Roman Numerals throughout... And that shaded diagonal line. My guess is - fill out the answers and you'll get a word.

Lost? Struggling? At a loose end?
Clue 1
Are you lost, struggling and/or at a loose end?
Scan this QR code, it might help
Clue 2
I feel like I'm talking to myself.
If you have managed to scan the QR code then you're already here, as this is where the code brings you.
Nice work.
Now back to the real puzzle solving.
THE MNE MAGAZINE
Free Spins
Clue 1
Another QR code. Sounds fun.
Scan it and see where you end up!
Clue 2
You've landed on a mysterious slide show of spinning wheels and random animals... how strange.
Perhaps one of these slides holds some key information. But which one.
Clue 3
I don't want to dangle a carrot in front of you for this one, but perhaps it will help you avoid a hole...
Look for the slide which has a particular animal in!
We;re looking for an animal that you have seen elsewhere in the game!
Clue 4
There is only one animal in the slides that is mentioned anywhere else in this game - it is the RABBIT!
The numbers on the spinning wheel that appear in the rabbit slide are: 2707 - or, the 27th March!
Nice work, another puzzle solved. Let's link this up with other rabbit-based clues, like the 'Rabbit for Sale' advert, and the...
Clue 5
...the origami - which is also a rabbit!
But you knew that right?
THE MNE MAGAZINE
Rabbit for Sale
Clue 1
I love rabbits! I'll take two.
Now how do I get in touch?
Clue 2
Seriously, there must be a number around here somewhere.
Clue 3
Ah yes, there is a number:
Sally - 07908 661991
Well let's give it a go then.
Clue 4
Can't connect to Sally when I call, and my texts keep returning the message:
I said "NO TIMEWASTERS". Only message me if you're serious.
How strange. Perhaps I need to send Sally something more specific?
Clue 5
This number requires a specific word to be sent.
If you complete the 'PHONE MAZE' you should find the words
SALLY TEXT FLOWERS
let's try to make something of that!
Clue 6
Rearrange the words to say
TEXT SALLY FLOWERS
And then bloomin well do it! Text Sally the word 'FLOWERS' and see what she says in return
Clue 7
When you text Sally the word 'FLOWERS' she should reply to your text message with this:
"I'm glad you're serious. See you at the gig at Koko."
This gives the answer to the venue for this set of questions: "Koko"
It links to various other clues that also feature rabbits, like the spinning wheel slide show
Clue 8
...origami
But you knew that already right?

Leprechaun Cartoon
Clue 1
Well these are two spritely chaps! And what a concise chat they're having!
How ODD!
But then again, I have been noticing all the pots of gold. Maybe they mean something.
Clue 2
Each pot of gold has a letter on it, and some coins around the outside. Think about how the leprechaun's clue could guide you towards putting them into a particular order.
What could pots of gold relate too? Definitely a whole spectrum of possibilities with this one...
Clue 3
Here are all the letters from the pots of gold with their corresponding numbers of coins:
A - 5 L - 7 U - 2 T - 4 A - 9 S - 1 C - 3 P - 6 E - 8
Come on guys, this one's not EVEN that hard!
Clue 4
Ok ok, I'll give you more.
Let's take the 'ODD' numbers - just like our leprechaun friend suggests.
That gives us:
A - 5 L - 7 A - 9 S - 1 C - 3
Not sure we have a word yet though. Perhaps we can order them better.
Clue 5
Ok let's put them into chronological order:
1 - S 3 - C 5 - A 7 - L 9 - A
This spells the word 'SCALA' - another of the venues that BBB are set to play this year!
Nice work, you're really smashing this. Keep it up.
Oh, and of course this clue links up to other rainbow-related clues, like the colourful rainbow cards, and the 'Spectrum Spectator' news articles!
